Painfully, women with blindness have a greater share to bear. Fora for women do exist, but I am unsure if all the problems faced by them are discussed there. An online space, therefore, should be devoted to them wherein they can freely discuss problems exclusive to them; let it be under false names. Attempts of evading embarrassing situations slim the prospects of getting employment and impact productivity. Women have overcome such issues, and can astutely advise the present generation who is terribly tasked at carving a niche for itself in the fiercely competitive market. Promoting schemes and alike stuff is fine but the desired shine would remain eclipsed should such issues are not taken up. Regards, Shadab shadablucknow.blogspot.com
