press h until you reach search results heading level 3. hope this will solve
your provlem. i did not face any screen reader related issue. still using
IE6 with windows xp.

would just press t to jump to tables which used to invariably have 1

But that does not happen now,
No tables appear instead i have to press control down arrow around 7 8
times for reaching to the first search link
