Hi srijith, just follow these steps to do so:
go to start\programs\microsoft office 2003\microsoft offfice language
settings
there you will be shown the available/installed languages. here you have to
choose an option "Choose the language that defines default behavior in
Microsoft Office applications" and set your desired language and say OK
that's it.
