In Maharashtra, there are guidelines which came out of a High Court judgement known as maharashtra guidelines. The implementation is getting better day by day. Same can be found on: www.prateekagarwal.webs.com

Subject: [AI] Legal document for exam related provisions

Dear friends,
I am in a need of some strong legal document that specifies and justifies the special provisions for the visually challenged candidates appearing in any exam, pertaining to writer, extra time, seating arrangement etc. I'm currently pursuing MBA and haven't been able to write to the list for a long time, though have been a regular reader. Now that campus recruitment programme in the college has taken off, I need to educate companies about these provisions. Hence the same is required very much.
Awaiting your response,
Thankss and regards,
Alpana
