Hellow, no need to change the cursor. In the chat window, simply press controll 5 and locate with up and down arrow till jaws anounce X sent you a voicemail. Press tab once and play button will come. If you recieve a voice mail, you will see a chat window after login in to skype. Go to that chat window and press insert plus numpad minus for root jaws to pc. Navigate with the arrow keys and you will find a text as play somewhere in that window.
