Hi all, I’m bikash jyoti bora, have cleared prelims this year and, preparing for civil mains, which commencing from 29th of this month. Friends, I’ve received a letter from UPSC yesterday regarding the disability proforma to be filled up by physically challenged category, stateing that my disability certificates are not in prescribe format and urge me to submit the same immediately. They also send me a copy of prescribe proforma which is quite different from the documents presently I possess like disability ID issued by social welfare department and Medical certificate.
So, I have no idea at all, which is the competent authority in new Delhi to issue such certificates. Actually, I’m from gauhati, and have been staying in Delhi for civils preparation. So, please, anyone having any info regarding this help me from this dilemma. My contact no. +919717280246.
