The judges were hearing a petition filed by Surve challenging an order
dated October 30, 2010, by the commissioner for disabilities upholding
her termination.

I have quoted the above line to attract the attention the mind set of
these bureaucrats. And the consequences that follow when they are
appointed on such sensitive posts like Commissioner for persons with
disabilities, and chief or deputy chief commissioner for persons with
disabilities.
