Self is umesh.m.parmar. I became blind at the age of 2 years then I completed my primary education at surendranagar blind school I am a post graduate in English literature. I accomplished my B.ED and became an English teacher in govt higher secondary school. Though I was the first blind announcer in railway department at rajkot in 1982 at present I have been serving at gandhinagar.
I am found of oratory and won many prizes in elocution competitions right from my childhood the another hobby is to learn more and more things about music.I recited some musical programmes on radio and doordarshan ,I like to make more and more friends to share our joys and sorrows.
