hi bro, if i am correct, you want to use basic html view for your gmail account? if so, the best way i found out, when you sign in to your account, and you are on standered view, there a link comes "load basic html" but that link comes for just for few seconds. only till your accounts loads up. so, before accounts open and loads up, click that link, and set "basic html" as default.
