Dear Sir, Platform on which internal employee service is being performed, I presume it is different thing than working on SAP. Internal Employee Service works more or less like internet.
We do have in NTPC, Employee Self Service (E S S) under SAP portal. Person who can work on internet can work with it. Although due to lack of knowledge about Visually Impaireds' requirement. accessibility issues are there. But different techniques make it almost fully accessible.
