hi, are you using any software which brings the settings back to original state such as Drive Vaccine PC Restore or Rollback Rx or any of such sort? if so uninstall and then try. i remember one of my office H.P laptop had such problem and on successful removal it worked.
further nothing ridicule in using AMD processors with 7 GB RAM as AMD vision processors had been the most promising ones of the recent past. AMD vision mobile processors with combined graphic capabilities with ATI 6 chip-sets deliver ultimate performances which are at least Incomparable to Intel core line of processors in terms of cost effectiveness and graphic H.D performance. anyway once personal preferences are not commented in my post here but was explaining tech choices i know. the recent shift of H.P in many countries (may not be in India) in 10 of their recent models in notebooks signifies that. In fact i am waiting for those models to be released in our country. i myself a user of AMD 1075 T 6 core processor on my P.C had been a very highly satisfactory customer.
