Hi sir
I don't know about the coins
but I can identify notes by a racseen cloth
You should take a racseen cloth similar to the size of 1000 rs note
because it is the biggest note in size
then with the help of a sighted person compare each note with it
and put an easily identifyable cut on the edge of the cloth at the
place where a note ends
because we have our notes in a form that rs 1 note is the smallest and
after the size of notes increases with increas in there vallue for
example rs 20 note is bigger than rs 10 note
then you will be able to identify them very eaisly
regards
