Hi all You might be aware that government has released OCR system for Hindi and Gurumukhi scripts recently. When I visited www.tdil-dc.in, I was asked to register in order to access the system. After registration and loging in, I could not find any way to upload the scanned document. In other words, I could not understand how to use the system.
Could any one of you throgh some light explaining the system from a layman's prospective and penning down the process from submiting the document to the system to getting back the OCR document?
