Dear friends, Few days back, I have purchased Nokia C5-00 5MP from Saksham. Now I want to use GPS in my phone. I followed Haresh sir's steps to configure my GPS properly, but still I fail to configure. So, I put some questions which I request my friends to answer:
1. How much information does Talks provide while using GPS? 2. To what extent we can rely on GPS to walk our destination? 3. If I save the root of particular place and I start walking on that place, then how Talks provide the information? Do I get any signals when I reach to that place? 4. How to create a root? 5. What is most preferable? landmark or root. 6. In landmark or root, does Talks provide information automatically or I need to check manually. 7. If I have save the root and start walking on it, does Talks notify when there is a tern? If yes, then same is available in landmark? 8. How to listen the voice of Talks on the road? Because it is very difficult to hear the voice of the Talks in other noises. 9. What is the difference between Preferred Root Streets and Preferred Root Strait Line option and which is recommended? 10. I tried to download beeps and vibrations in Walk Guidance option but it connects to the server and exit automatically without downloading anything. What is wrong? I have configured my GPRS settings properly. 11. What is the difference between roots, landmarks and places? 12. What is the use of Current Position option under Maps? I am using Maps 3.4. I request each and everyone to answer my above questions if possible because it is very important to me. If anybody have the tutorial on GPS than please share.
