Hello Members, Request your kind assistance with the below questions I have on using NVDA. I recently transitioned to using NVDA, after JAWS 13. I was adviced that I get used to using it for a screen reader for various reasons. I do like many features it has, but find it restricted to a few functions compared to JAWS. Below are the questions I have, hope you all will be able to help.
1. Does NVDA have more voices that are user friendly, if yes where can I find them and how do I instal them or use them 2. How do I check the boxes in the check box options on any website or application using NVDA. 3. Is there any application support scripts for NVDA like JAWS for products like skype, google talk and winamp etc. If yes, where can I get them? 4. Does Nvda support other 3rd party applications like from SAP and Oracle? 5. How do I move through paragraphs like I did with JAWS in NVDA for example, Control down arrow moves to the next para. etc. 6. JAWS has a JAWS and a PC cursor, is there any concept like that with NVDA? Please elaborate on how to enable this feature and use it. Thanking you in advance.
