Hello Renuka, Thanks for sharing this valuable information in your mail. There is a lot of scope in employment in the IT and BPO sector for the disabled. I do not understand why they have taken so much time to realise the potential of employing the disabled? This is something that could have been forseen. If the disabled are mentored on the lines of such job or career opportunities, it would make it easier for the employers to transition such members on board their staff. However, this is great news and I hope they will action it faster than we think. I am still waiting for SBI to implement those 500 ATM's across India for the disabled, I think that thought went down the bin after their day ended with the press. Everyone gives us great hopes and encouragement but what is actioned after that??
