Hello Vikas, This is really a great share. I hope they have internal career training sessions too! This will help many visually disabled people to look for opportunities internally with Microsoft. Other companies like Dell and HP should also put up such initiatives and grow their reach to the disabled community. Let us seriously see Microsoft through with this programme and see how successful they make it.
