hello, after pressing enter on this file, it got open in microsoft office document imaging and pressing save as option in tools menu i got the option called send pages to and in this dialog box i could save the file in doc format as web lay out view. don't know whether yu have to install this particular document imaging separately but i could open this file successfully. thanks, mukesh.
