oh! this is a common problem for the people. no need to worry at all.
uninstall Jaws first and reinstall the drivers. after the completion of
installation, restart your pc and install Jaws once again.
After the completion of instillation, restart your pc and try to search
Execute button on your desktop with the help of Narrator through the up and
down arrow and hit Enter on it.
