Dear Friend,
You will need to install an English dictionary & change the Outlook Express
default dictionary to the English dictionary.
I have installed Spello English dictionary & made it the default dictionary
in Outlook Express.

Today, I installed Windows XP and opened the outlook express. set the
options in spelling tab, Language is Franch only not US english.
