Hello Geetha, If you are looking at highlighting specific cells in a worksheet based on the results or the cell contents, you might want to consider conditional formatting which is a powerful feature of Excel. If not you will have to select the cells and Control 1 to bring up the editing dialog box and do it the way you mentioned.
