you better go to profile .
then change or register mobile number and get it approved it in your branch by printing page and submitting to the branch. the best thing is to get assistant of either your branch expert or other s b i branch expert for net banking.

hi listers,
i have recently subscribed to SBI online banking. user name, password
and profile password has also been changed. i can view my balance, but
as i opens the funds transfer links it shows the error "You do not
have accounts to perform this operation. Please contact your branch."
on contacting my accountholder branch, i was told that they have
already given transaction and all other rights to my account. and
everything is fine on their end.
since i am new user please guied if i am doing some proceedural error
in accessing online banking from my side. if issue does not get over i
would like to receive telephonic assistance.
