To reset the password do the following: 1. open www.gmail.com 2. click the link cant access your account? 3. write your email address in the box, and click on submit button. 4. this windows will show you a capture image. either use any capture service and get the capture code, or use the audio to get the capture code, and type it and click on continue button. 5. you will be able to see 2 links one which says send password via email or write my security question answer. You have to answer one of them and you'll be ready to go. in case you add your mobile, i think there is a possibility to receive your password via Cell phone as well. Samuel
