hi, the coins should vary in size. as it used to be in the past the 2 Rupee coin should have a different shape on edges instead being round few protrusions on the edges should help us identify easily. the 5 Rupee should be thicker, and 10 rupee should be thicker and bigger than the 5 rupee coin. if thicker coin making is a costly afire and cannot be implemented, having different edges for 2 5 and 10 coins would be a good idea as it used to be in the case of 10p, 20p and Rs. 2 coins. different types of embossing over the coins may be used which could be identified by touch.
