Cambridge history of English literature is available at www.bartleby.com/Cambridge/. The language employed by the writers in this history is pretty rich, so if the exams are on the head, one may consider cramming up from cheap class notes available in the market. At www.bartleby.com, you can also find the criticism on the writers belonging to the modern age. Glossary of literary terms at www.thefreedictionary.com. For Indian writing in English literature little is on the web; you have no other option but to have the books scanned and edited.
