Something else to keep in mind is to have a backup plan in case the audio/visual equipment doesn't work. There is nothing more annoying than to attend a presentation and an unreasonable amount of time is wasted fiddling with the projector, computer or whatever. Even if you do have the time and ability to test out the equipment ahead of time, things still go wrong. Jean
