Press Ctrl+Insert+Enter to get the roll down menu containing the "Sign Out" link when you're on the link labeled with your name. Closing the browser may not be a good practice for signing out of a site.

As discussed with you earlier I am an active user of Linkedin. I too face the same problem with my linkedin account where I cannot sign out of the account. the only solution is that you close the browser. When I was sighted I remember that the sign out link comes under your name as a roll down menu. But this menu cannot be accessed using the screen reader. I also tried to position my JAWS cursor on the link of my name thinking it would help but unfortunately the links to sign out just cant be accessed. I have recently written to the linkedin team of this concern and am waiting for their response. Will be in a better position to advice on the subject once I hear from them.
