You need to discuss with your bank manager to find out so as to what kind of
jobs are being carried out by clerical staff and technology being used by
them. You can ask them to install the said application or install jaws in
their system to check the accessibility yourself. I do not think that bank
mentions the brief JD in their advertisement. After doing your homework you
would be in position to suggest them But I do not know to what extent your
concerned would be addressed?
