Dear Yogesh, There have been inherent issues with all Google products and I am on the verge of resolving them with their accessibility team. There are other members who have also raised their concern with the same issues you mentioned in your email. It is not that they will resolve things overnight but they are on it.
If you are looking for a more accesible way of using youtube. You can use the site below in this email. The site is totally accessible and gets its content from youtube but has a different interface to allow accessibility. Unfortunately, the site does have its limitations where you cannot post direct comments on the videos and I am also given to understand that you cannot log into your youtube account from this site. But trust me on the accessibility, you have complete control over the video player as the player controls are listed on the page as buttons under a heading. Another commendable feature is that after you get the search results, clicking on the link does not play the video immediately allowing you to navigate to the player controls without the sound of the video drowning your screen readers voice. Another catch with the google homepage is it gives the google instant results, which is a pain for screen readers. Although they do have a link that says screen reader users click on this link to disable google instant, it is still another click that we need to do to get a clear search box on the google homepage.
