Spectacles are allowed in photos submitted for issue of a PAN card but dark
goggles are not allowed.

sir, I do have PAN card photo with specticals they did not force me
but the recent Government Adhar Card they forced me to remove
spectical while taking photo though i did not like. Now I recieved my
