Hello, I have already given the web address of NVDA. Both NVDA and Thunder are completely free, whereas, System Access has some payment options, not sure! All the above screen readers are for Windows OS. For Linux, there are free screen readers like Orca. Mac OS has a built-in screen reader called VoiceOver. Regards.
