no i have taken encashment in full. till you should have file a petition
before the hon'ble CCPD. your circle authorities have not empowered to stop
your facility. they have right to recover amount from you but, can not stop
it. you are already an executive member of AICB you should take it with
their advocacy cell.

Hai all,
I seek clarification mainly from bank employees regarding LFC encashment
for workmen staff.
Recently, Punjab National Bank, Chennai Circle has decided to give one
fourth of LFC encashment amount for visually challenged persons for the
reason that we are having concession in the train fare.
On taking up with the union, I am informed that the issue has been placed
before Central IRM FOR THEIR DECISION.More than three months have lapsed,
but the issue is yet to be resolved.
I would like to know If the same thing is happening in any other bank and
specially from other zones of Punjab National Bank.Reply awaited. With
