Hi Very interesting, it seems phantom image seems to be working uniformly. I do recall reading, even to the sighted what is seen is not 100% of reality. The brains works out in its own ways what is perceived. For the sighted it may be a compensation of about 10% where as for us it is 100%, however, natures algorithm is working all the time.
