Magic and Zoom Text are good screen magnifiers. Karishma is the dealer in India. You'll get Magic without speech for about 17k. As far as magnifiers for other purposes are concerned, you'll get CCtv which, when placed on paper, blows up the text and shows it on computer or TV screen. This costs around 5k. IQ comes with an in built monitor with lens on one side, which when placed on paper, shows the text on the monitor on the other side with options of changing size and contrast. This costs around 25k.
