Download below 7z file and extract it.  There is 2 .reg files one for 
activating audio in safe mode and second is for deactivating.  Just enter 
the activation file and click OK.  Restart the windows to Safe mode.  You 
can use NVDA on safe mode without problems.  JAWS has video intercept issue, 
so you can not use jaws cursor and some other functions in safe mode.
