Well, what i know is, when u insert a new mem card & u go to messaging where u will hear new message inbox etc, press option go to setting & then other, there u will c memory in use select memory card & it will ask copy all messages to mem card?? & when u select, it will also ask save original message? If u do yes, ur messages will remain in phone also. Hope this will help
