hello,
could anyone please provide the case number forthe matter defended by
the learned advocate pankaj sinha in the matter of vikas gupta vs.
union of india? because i have tried to search for the judgment/order
passed by a.k. sikri acting as  hon'ble chief justice on the site of
high court, new delhi but could not lay my hands on it.
so your valluable guidance is awaited as this judgment/order can serve
landmark decision in the insurance sector.
