Hi All,

I have attached a sample survey on air travel and issues that you may have
faced. This survey will be used to add to the document that is being
prepared to the Ministry of Civil Aviation. They are preparing a new Civil
Aviation Policy and we are trying to get them include a disabilities
section to the Policy.

The deadline set by the Ministry is this coming Monday, Feb 27. So please
fill up the survey and send it across by tomorrow latest.

Thanks,

Rahul
