Hello Members: I use Excel extensively.
When working with large excel files having many pages, after formatting the sheet, a common problem I face is to print select pages. For Eg. If there is a file with 70 pages, assume details of Bangalore zone are in pages 11 to 16, a sited user can see this and give print accordingly. Whereas in my case when I highlight Bangalore zone, I will not know which page to print. Can someone help me whether there is any key in Jaws to make it read the current page details in Ms Excel. I also submit that one of the ways to get around this problem is to print 'Selection' option. But this becomes difficult when multiple ranges have to be printed.
