Dear Rajesh

I have changed the subject line.

Once when one is armed with skill sets, one can easily work out strategies to
manage these variables.

It is very important to realise that one would be doing that work for the rest
of the career lifecycle and if that is a burden then it would far from being
enjoyable and it would carry ones minimal attention. One can't expect
excellence in it.

Whereas if the job is something one is looking forward to do one can derive
happiness and enjoyment performing it

It is true, it may not be a easy task, because of disability to convince
potential employers, if one has the realisation upfront, it would be less
frustrating during the job hunt days.

There are numerous examples of those who have decided to build up skill sets
first did manage to get a placement matching their skill sets. Needless to
emphasise, they have excelled in their field and enjoy their work.

Harish Kotian.
