Dear gajendra it might be because of some settings needs to be corrected please follow the following steps:

1. Open the Microsoft excel 2007.

2. Now press incert+8 from your alpha numeric keyboard. To open the jaws keyboard manager.

3. Now pressing down arrow select excel 2007 and press tab key you will see the list of key commands.

4. Now press alphabet c till you hear "column 1st cell from top.." I think there might not be key associated with it if this is the case then define the key stroke as shown in the next step.

5. Press alt key then press right arrow key to go to action, now press down arrow and hit enter on add button.

6. There you press alt+1 then go to ok button by pressing tab key and hit enter

7. If dialog box appears then say yes.

8. This is way to define the read first cell in the column. And by this method you can define all the other settings as per your desired key strokes

9. It will also provide the warning if the key stroke is already in use.
