I am totally confused. Rajesh Sir said we cannot get concession for combo
plans. but Padmanabham says we can. which is correct? I think the following
is the fact.
for basic plans where internet and voice call service are charged
separately, we can avail 50% discount in rental for voice call plan and 20%
discount for broadband charges. and for combo plans, only 20% discount on
the plan. I do not know whether it is for broadband rent only or even for
additional charges for the usage in excess of free usage. these are my guess
only based on logic. please any member clarify it preferably with relevant
circular/notification/orders.
