hello, on my laptop on which i am running windows 7 with internet explorer 9, there was one program installed by mistake called ask toolbar which was giving me the same annoyance but once uninstalled i could work with more ease. so kindly chekc whether ask toolbar has been installed. hope this helps you. thanks, mukesh.
