Hi All, I am using windows7 with Jaws 13, I have two quarries regarding MS outlook 1) How to highlight read /unread messages. I mean if I have both read and unread messages in my inbox then how to hide the read messages. 2) What is the faster way of going from one message to the other. I mean in outlook express we use to press ctrl d to jump from one message to another but the same key is not applicable in MS outlook ctrld just deletes the message and take you back in the same folder.
