friends,
your argument is one aspect of the matter. my intention is to put this matter for discussion for an arrangement making atleast some of these institutions at the time of nacc visit.they only asked me now and i wrote not for a debate but for a discussion. sometimes it will be a step before a long walk in an attempt. ----- Original Message ----- From: "mamatha nagaraju" <[email protected]>

why to setup such blind friendly atmosphere only at the time of NAAC
visit? why not always? what were they doing till now in that
direction? why only the
unwanted books? why not the wanted books?
dear friends, please beware of such immoral activities. many colleges
and universities are indulged in creating false documents upon the
activities which
they have not done for the purpose of showing their profile at a
higher level and to get the points in the NAAC accreditation without
really contributing
any thing to enhance the quality of education. only before the NAAC
visit, they create all the facilities artificially. but nothing after
that. the fact
that they are taking this initiative only one week before the visit
clearly shows that their actual intention is to get points from the
NAAC and not to
serve the blind. it seems that they have shown the blind friendly
library in their report which they have to submit before the visit
without physically
making it, and they are in the process of cooking the documents and
other evidences to support the report. within one week they cannot
build the blind
friendly atmosphere in the real sense. this is not going to benefit
the community in any way. there are many people leading their lives
just in the pretext
of helping blind. we have to discourage them by all possible ways.
