some times viruses make irreparable damage to system files making the
formatting inevitable. try repairing the system using the windows
installation CD.

Subject: [AI] Strange problem after scanning with avira Antivirus
Hello friends:
I am using windows XP service pack 3. I scanned my system with Avira
Antivirus and I clicked on delete all virus button. After Rebooting my
computer I found all useful software including jaws had been crashed. I
tried to reinstall them, but failed to do so. NVDA is only screenreader
that is survived. Freeware softwares are running well, but MS Office, IE
and many others left me alone. I tried to restore my computer but could
not do so.
Please send me suggestion soon. I don't want to format my system. Some
friends told me that formatting is the only solution! is it true!
I hope that my friends will help me. Thanking in advance.
Regards,
Arpit jain..
