Thank you everyone for taking trouble in solving my problem. Actually, it was my own Himalayan blunder which led to my confusion. I had given the copy command(ctrl+c) before pasting it into the text of the e-mail. When I realised the mistake I pasted the link properly and it worked. Thanks once again. Renuka. p.s.
