Hello Timy, This is comercially being addressed. There is a company in Bangalore called digicaptions that does subtitles for movies mainly Hollywood. Having the subtitles is going to become a rage soon as the movie can be appreciated across the world without the language barrier. The movies can also be appreciated by the hearing impaired. Although, that is not the main objective of captioning the movie. I have a feeling that this can be turned into an employment opportunity for the visually impaired. Need to explore more on how it is done and how accessible the software used to do this is.
