Wow! Cheery news indeed. At least Government has come to recognise an independent body for disabled. Certainly, great transformation is in the offing. As far as its functionalities will be concerned, that will depend on how disabled themselves will lobby and pressurise government to score expectedly. But, entire speech consisted of 105 items. talked more or less illusory than practicalities.:☺☺
