hello, i had the communication with her and i had also informed her that one person from bilaspur can write her papers. he is twelth pass and done his twelth from science. he has the experience of writing the papers for the blind candidates. only difficulty is that he is not too good in hindi writing hence, he would be able to write all her papers except hindi.
as per khyoti she need to confirm whether two riters would be allowed and if writer is from science stream would be permited. i am waiting for her response for these issues and act accordingly as and when she confirms the same. thanks, mukesh.
